Position Purpose

This position is responsible for ensuring smooth procurement of Mechanical, Civil, Administration and Marketing related items for all plants.


Job Description

  • Review comparative statement and complete the process for management approval.
  • Issuance of purchase orders and dispatch the purchase orders to suppliers.
  • Follow up for material deliveries with suppliers.
  • Coordinate with Plant and Finance department for resolution of any post-dispatch issues.
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders for negotiation of high value purchasing and finalization of any long term contract.


Experience and Qualification

  • Bachelors / Masters
  • 02 to 04 years of relevant experience.


Specific Requirements

  • Good verbal and written communication skills. negotiation skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP.
