Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete procurement cycle including sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Ensure timely availability of stock as per departmental requirements.
  • Evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for material planning and requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and propose cost-saving procurement strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail or distribution.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and inventory coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

  • Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
