We Are Hiring: Assistant Manager – Procurement (Façade Industry)

Role Overview:
We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Procurement with strong experience in the façade industry to lead sourcing activities, vendor negotiations, cost optimization, and quality-driven procurement aligned with project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end procurement for façade projects
  • Coordinate with Design, Production & Project teams for BOM and schedules
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for cost, quality, and delivery
  • Prepare comparative statements, budgets, and procurement reports
  • Ensure material quality compliance and inventory control
  • Monitor supplier performance and market trends
  • Use ERP & MS Excel for procurement tracking and analysis
  • Coordinate vendor inspections and quality approvals

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of procurement experience (Façade / Construction / Manufacturing)
  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (or relevant field)
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost-control skills
  • Knowledge of façade materials
  • Proficiency in ERP, MS Office & Excel
  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Kannada

Preferred:

  • Procurement or Supply Chain Management certification

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
