Assistant Manager - Procurement (Civil & Projects)

Karachi, Pakistan

Education:- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration / Civil Engineering

Experience:- 3–5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in civil, construction, or project-related fields.

Job Description:-

  • Assist in day-to-day procurement activities for civil, construction, and project-related requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors for quotations, price comparisons, and timely delivery.
  • Prepare purchase orders and maintain proper documentation of procurement processes.
  • Monitor stock levels of project-related materials and report shortages to management.
  • Support the procurement manager in vendor evaluations and negotiations.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational procurement policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with internal teams to fulfill project procurement needs within timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
