The Assistant Manager – Procurement will oversee sourcing and purchasing of medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals. The role ensures cost-effective procurement, timely delivery, and compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement of medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors; maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Ensure timely delivery while optimizing cost and quality.
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams for inventory requirements.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3–5 years of procurement experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
- Knowledge of medical supplies, devices, and pharmacy operations.
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with procurement software is a plus.
