Assistant Manager – Procurement (Healthcare)

The Assistant Manager – Procurement will oversee sourcing and purchasing of medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals. The role ensures cost-effective procurement, timely delivery, and compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end procurement of medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors; maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Ensure timely delivery while optimizing cost and quality.
  • Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams for inventory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3–5 years of procurement experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
  • Knowledge of medical supplies, devices, and pharmacy operations.
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with procurement software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
