Assistant Manager – Production

About the Role:

Are you an experienced Assistant Manager Production professional looking to take the next step in your career? We’re seeking a results-driven and proactive individual to join our Production Department at a leading company specialized in Food & Ingredient. You will play a key role in managing daily production operations, ensuring quality standards, optimizing resources, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise daily production operations to meet set targets for output, quality, and efficiency.

· Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO, and safety standards.

· Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and quality departments to ensure smooth workflow.

· Monitor raw material usage and production wastage, ensuring cost-effective operations.

· Lead and motivate production staff, providing training and performance feedback.

· Prepare production reports, analyze data, and recommend process improvements.

· Maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols within the production area.

· Support in capacity planning, scheduling, and preventive maintenance activities.

Requirements:

· Experience: 5–7 years in production management within the Pharmaceutical industry.

· Education: B. Pharm / Pharm .D

· Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery operations, and quality assurance systems.

· Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

· Salary: Negotiable based on experience
