Assistant Manager – Production

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage day-to-day production activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow.
• Implement efficiency-enhancing strategies to reduce waste and downtime.
• Support development of production plans and ensure timely execution.
• Supervise workforce, oversee shift operations, and resolve on-ground issues.
• Ensure adherence to HSE, 5S, and quality compliance standards.
• Maintain production reports, KPIs, and performance indicators.
• Assist in training, mentoring, and building a high-performance team.
• Coordinate with external vendors and engineering teams for process improvements.
• Ensure preventive maintenance activities are carried out on schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs140,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
