Assistant Manager QEC

Riphah International University is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager for the Quality Enhancement Cell to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of effective Quality Management Systems in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 standards. The ideal candidate holds an MS or MPhil degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 18 years of formal education and possesses practical knowledge of quality enhancement processes within an academic or professional environment.

Requirements

• MS/MPhil Degree in the relevant field (18 Years Qualification).
• Should be familiar with ISO 9001:2015 QMS implementation techniques. Strong knowledge of tools and techniques used in Office Automation.
• Two years successful, practical University professional experience will be preferred.
  
  

Responsibilities

• To ensure implementation of all the HEC Performas (where applicable) including Teachers Evaluation, Courses Evaluation, Faculty Satisfaction Survey, Alumni Survey etc at Lahore, Faisalabad and Sahiwal Campuses.
• To Conduct and finalize Entry/Mid/Exit Point Survey reports for all undergraduate Programs of all campuses at Lahore, Faisalabad and Sahiwal Campuses.
• To assist QEC in conducting MS/MPhil/PhD programs reviews at Lahore, Faisalabad and Sahiwal Campuses.
• To assist QEC team in maintaining ISO 9001:2015 Certification of the Riphah Lahore, Faisalabad and Sahiwal Campuses.
• To conduct Internal Audits for QMS ISO 9001:2015 at Lahore, Faisalabad and Sahiwal Campuses.
• To prepare and submit MS/MPhil/PhD Programs NOC cases with QEC Islamabad and follow up accordingly.
• Coordinate with the faculties and in charge programs for the collection of the data for HEC/universitys administrative and academic assessments.
• To conduct orientation sessions for students regarding quality initiatives.
• Provide consultancy and extend full QA support to RCVeTS, on site.
• To Support Director QEC in day to day matters of QEC.
• Report QEC Office Riphah, Islamabad through email/telephone on regularly basis.
