Job Summary:

The Assistant HR Manager supports the Human Resources Manager in implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures. This role involves assisting in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and day-to-day HR operations. The Assistant HR Manager ensures that the HR department functions smoothly and efficiently while promoting a positive workplace culture and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement programs and training sessions.
  • Handle employee queries and provide HR-related support.
  • Participate in performance appraisal processes and maintain performance records.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data (attendance, leaves, etc.).
  • Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation as required by management.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth communication and staff support.
  • Support HR Manager in handling employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 6 month to 1 years of experience in an assistant HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, labor laws, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
