Job Title: HR Intern

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The selected candidate will assist in day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, and employee engagement activities. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and develop a strong foundation in HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process — posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support in onboarding and documentation of new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave data.
• Prepare and organize HR-related documents, letters, and reports.
• Assist in conducting employee engagement and training sessions.
• Help manage day-to-day administrative tasks within the HR department.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Handle basic employee queries with professionalism and confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or ongoing) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to HR functions.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
