Assistant Manager - Quality Assurance

Develop, implement, and maintain QMS as per ISO 9001 standards

Lead internal & external audits and ensure timely closure of findings

Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and internal quality requirements

Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives

Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure quality at source

Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA

Maintain SOPs, policies, and quality documentation

Track quality KPIs, analyze trends, and implement preventive actions

Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain for process improvements

Support new product/process implementation with quality planning

Lead, train, and develop the QA team and quality culture

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 48.0 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gujrat: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Quality Assurance: 4 years (Required)
