Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance to support the implementation and monitoring of quality standards across the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, improve patient care processes, and assist in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Monitor compliance with healthcare standards and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct internal audits, inspections, and gap analyses
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of quality reports
  • Coordinate with different departments to maintain quality standards
  • Assist in accreditation processes (e.g., hospital accreditation)
  • Analyze data and prepare quality performance reports
  • Conduct staff training on quality standards, patient safety, and SOPs

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Healthcare Management / Quality Management / Hospital Administration or relevant field
  • Additional certification or diploma in Quality Assurance / Healthcare Quality Management will be preferred
  • Minimum 2–4 years experience in Quality Assurance (preferably in healthcare)
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards and healthcare compliance
  • Good analytical, documentation, and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & reporting)
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with hospital accreditation standards (e.g., JCIA or local standards)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Problem-solving and process improvement mindset
