Assistant Manager - Restaurant

We are seeking Assistant Managers for a popular Japanese restaurant group known for high-quality Japanese cuisine across California and Texas.

◉Salary: Full-time: $69,000–$70,000 annually / Part-time: $25–$27/hour

Position:Assistant Manager

Summary: This role involves daily floor management, staff coordination, and assisting the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Essential Duties:

• Oversee and manage front-of-house operations
• Handle reservations and customer service
• Manage inventory and supply ordering
• Track and analyze store sales and performance metrics
• Support and train staff as a leader on the floor
• Assist the General Manager with daily operational tasks. etc..

Qualifications:

• Experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader in the restaurant industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• English only acceptable (Japanese bilingual preferred)

Pay: $69,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
