Responsibilities
- Join a dedicated beach team and report directly to the Beach Club Management team.
- Coach and train the team on the floor to achieve high standards of service.
- Monitor overall budget, food and beverage revenue, cost of sales, other expenses and payroll.
- Assist with hiring, training, and evaluating the service team.
- Control quality of products and services, operational costs, sanitation, cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ensure standards set by the Company regarding personal hygiene and grooming are maintained by all service colleagues.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure immaculate presentation of the outlet and high standards of cleanliness and maintenance of furniture, equipment, floors, fixtures and fittings.
- Assist with rosters on a two weekly basis and review overtime, holiday requirements and absenteeism with the Restaurant GM.
- Maintain administrative records such as attendance, duty rosters, vacation plans and hygiene inspection records.
- Maintain relationships with regular guests and inform them of activations in the outlet, providing special service when dining.

- Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.
- Control quarterly inventory of Standard Operating Equipment.
- Fully accountable for the consistent operation of the assigned outlet.
- Comply with statutory and company health and safety, fire, bomb, and security regulations.
- Ensure job-required certificates are kept up to date.
- Monitor MTD and YTD revenue with management and lead on sales on the floor.
- Be flexible to complete other tasks as necessary and adjust hours to cover beach club needs.
- Acknowledge exposure to heat and sun, operating under pressure, and standing/walking for long periods.

- Detail-oriented, hands-on team player with strong interpersonal skills; ability to mentor high-potential team members.
- University Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience; minimum 2 years in a similar position; experience in luxury hotels and restaurants in the Middle East is preferred.
- English is the primary language; additional languages (Italian, French, Spanish, Arabic, German) are desirable.
