Responsibilities
  • Join a dedicated beach team and report directly to the Beach Club Management team.
  • Coach and train the team on the floor to achieve high standards of service.
  • Monitor overall budget, food and beverage revenue, cost of sales, other expenses and payroll.
  • Assist with hiring, training, and evaluating the service team.
  • Control quality of products and services, operational costs, sanitation, cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Ensure standards set by the Company regarding personal hygiene and grooming are maintained by all service colleagues.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure immaculate presentation of the outlet and high standards of cleanliness and maintenance of furniture, equipment, floors, fixtures and fittings.
  • Assist with rosters on a two weekly basis and review overtime, holiday requirements and absenteeism with the Restaurant GM.
  • Maintain administrative records such as attendance, duty rosters, vacation plans and hygiene inspection records.
  • Maintain relationships with regular guests and inform them of activations in the outlet, providing special service when dining.

  • Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.
  • Control quarterly inventory of Standard Operating Equipment.
  • Fully accountable for the consistent operation of the assigned outlet.
  • Comply with statutory and company health and safety, fire, bomb, and security regulations.
  • Ensure job-required certificates are kept up to date.
  • Monitor MTD and YTD revenue with management and lead on sales on the floor.
  • Be flexible to complete other tasks as necessary and adjust hours to cover beach club needs.
  • Acknowledge exposure to heat and sun, operating under pressure, and standing/walking for long periods.

  • Strong communication skills with a customer service ethic.
  • Detail-oriented, hands-on team player with strong interpersonal skills; ability to mentor high-potential team members.
  • University Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience; minimum 2 years in a similar position; experience in luxury hotels and restaurants in the Middle East is preferred.
  • English is the primary language; additional languages (Italian, French, Spanish, Arabic, German) are desirable.
