Assistant Sales Manager

We are seeking a Assistant Sales Manager with outstanding organizational skills, an engaging personality, and excellent communication abilities. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence across our beverage production, distribution, and sales business.

The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, driving business development, managing customer relationships, building and leading teams, developing systems for operational efficiency, and effectively managing challenges as they arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes.
  • Oversee the productivity of production, logistics, and sales departments.
  • Manage business development initiatives and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Hire, train, and build teams for departmental growth and performance.
  • Devise strategies to drive enterprise-wide sales growth and business development, while implementing process improvements to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Requirements

  • Five years of experience in a senior leadership role in sales.
  • Demonstrated success in enhancing sales operations, strategy development, and execution.
  • Extensive knowledge of food & beverage manufacturing sales, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management.
  • Proven track record of team building, leadership, and personnel management.
  • Strong familiarity with food industry regulations and compliance.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Expertise in analyzing marketing campaigns, sales KPIs, and identifying opportunities to increase business performance.
  • Ability to innovate and adapt processes in response to changing business needs.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial operations and supply chain management.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing.
  • Experience in system development to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Strong ability to present and communicate effectively with colleagues, senior management, and clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
