About Us:

New Era Industries SMC PVT LIMINTED is a leading manufacturer of premium uPVC ducting solutions and uPVC doors for modern construction needs. With a strong presence in the building materials industry, we are expanding our sales team and seeking a motivated Assistant Manager Sales to strengthen our ducting division across both project sales and the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell uPVC ducting products (conduits, trunking, fittings, accessories) to builders, MEP contractors, and electrical consultants.
• Develop and manage business with dealers, distributors, and local market retailers/shops.
• Conduct regular visits to construction sites and local markets to generate leads and ensure product placement.
• Negotiate and close sales while maintaining long-term customer relationships.
• Ensure product visibility and availability in the Karachi ducting/electrical market.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, supply, and timely delivery.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends; recommend strategies to stay competitive.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and prepare performance reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing/Engineering preferred).
• 4+ years of relevant sales experience in uPVC ducting, uPVC doors, electrical conduits, or related building materials.
• Age: 25–35 years.
• Male candidates only
• Strong dealer network knowledge and project market exposure in Karachi.
• Excellent negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
