Position Overview:

As the Assistant Manager Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales performance across all furniture categories, managing branch operations, and ensuring superior customer relationship management. You’ll play a key role in achieving sales targets, maintaining operational efficiency, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily sales operations across all furniture categories.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive planning and execution.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Manage the branch’s overall operations, ensuring smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns in coordination with management.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance analyses for management review.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in retail sales or sales management, preferably in the furniture or lifestyle industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a results-driven mindset.

Contract length: 36 months

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
