Position: Assistant Manager – Sales
Industry: Steel / Manufacturing
Location: Karachi
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a relevant discipline
Experience:3–5 years of proven experience in steel sales or industrial B2B sales
Key Responsibilities- Achieve and exceed sales targets for CRC, GI, HR, and Slit/CTL products in industrial and automotive markets.
- Identify and onboard new customers while nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Review sales performance regularly and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
- Develop accurate and competitive quotations, perform cost evaluations, and ensure timely approvals.
- Liaise with planning, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution and on-time deliveries.
- Address customer concerns promptly and implement solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor movements to uncover new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong technical knowledge of steel products, applications, and industry standards.
- Lead negotiations effectively to optimize margins and secure sustainable contracts.
- Foster a customer-focused culture to ensure superior service delivery.
- Provide market and customer feedback to management to support strategic decision-making.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
