Assistant Manager Sales

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and performance-driven Assistant Manager Sales to lead, support, and drive sales operations for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate must have strong closing skills, team supervision ability, and a results-oriented mindset.

This role requires someone who can both close deals personally and manage a sales team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and close sales for company projects.
  • Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
  • Monitor daily performance, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Conduct client meetings and site visits.
  • Ensure timely token collection and documentation.
  • Coordinate with marketing for lead flow and campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
  • Train and guide sales executives to improve closing ratio.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
  • Strong closing and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Leadership and team management ability.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Professional appearance and confident personality.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
