JOB TITLE: Assistant Manager Field Sales

JOB LOCATION: Islamabad

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Your role will include assisting in sales planning, developing client relationships, and identifying business opportunities. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets while ensuring high standards of customer service. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Achieve assigned revenue, growth, and customer service targets.
• Identify 20 prospective and qualify 10 accounts monthly.
• Ensure timely recovery of dues within credit terms.
• Generate at least 5 qualified leads/month for APAC, Europe, and USA.
• Respond promptly to leads, routing orders, and official requests.
• Prioritize and convert leads into profitable revenue.
• Promote DP World Logistics services to meet customer needs.
• Represent the brand professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and address their complaints and inquiries.
• Manage customer portfolio; drive retention and new business acquisition.
• Negotiate contracts in line with company policies.
• Comply with DP World logistics security protocols and operational guidelines.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Sales, preferably in freight forwarding.
• Demonstrated success in developing client relationships and contributing to sales growth.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good understanding of freight forwarding processes.
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
