Assistant Manager - Sales

Seeking an Assistant Manager – Sales to join one of the leading IT solution provider companies in Pakistan.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and enterprise customers.
  • Manage key accounts and identify customer requirements to propose suitable IT solutions.
  • Promote and sell IT hardware, software, networking, and security products/services.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, quotations, and periodic sales reports.
  • Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams for solution design and proposal preparation.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close business deals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT products/solutions sales.
  • Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, networking, and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Good understanding of account management, customer relationship management, and sales forecasting.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Experience in enterprise sales and system integration business.
  • Existing corporate customer network will be an added advantage.

  • managing corportate or enterprise customer accounts: 2 years (Preferred)
