Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented female professionals for the position of Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Corporate Sales (B2B). The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Paints, Cement, FMCG, or Building Materials industries, with proven experience in corporate sales, institutional business development, and key account management. The role requires developing strategic relationships with corporate clients, contractors, industrial customers, and distributors to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve assigned sales and profitability targets.
- Identify and acquire new corporate, industrial, institutional, and project-based clients.
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, contractors, consultants, builders, and procurement teams.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure long-term business.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments including supply chain, finance, and operations to ensure seamless order execution.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and submit weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Ensure timely recovery of receivables and maintain healthy customer credit management.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, MBA preferred.
- 5–8 years of relevant B2B/Corporate Sales experience.
- Mandatory experience in any of the following sectors:
- Paint Industry
- Cement Industry
- FMCG
- Building Materials / Construction Products
- Strong network within corporate, industrial, institutional, and project sales segments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of sales planning, forecasting, and market analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within Karachi and surrounding regions for client visits.
