We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Assistant Manager Project Sales to join our dynamic team at Ideal Group. This role is highly focused on telesales and lead management for our upcoming and ongoing real estate projects. The ideal female candidate will lead outbound calling initiatives, manage customer inquiries, and play a crucial role in converting leads into successful property sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute daily outbound calling campaigns to prospective clients and investors.
- Promptly follow up with digital leads (such as those generated from our social media campaigns) and guide them through the sales funnel.
- Assist in achieving monthly and annual project sales targets.
- Clearly explain project details, investment benefits, and pricing plans to potential customers over the phone.
- Monitor personal and team calling performance and prepare regular sales reports for management.
- Ensure excellent customer service, handling inquiries and resolving client concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date call logs, sales records, and documentation.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the marketing and management teams regarding market feedback and lead quality.
Requirements:
- Gender: Female candidates only.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in sales, telesales, or telemarketing (experience in real estate project sales is highly preferred).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills: Exceptional telephone etiquette, strong verbal communication, and persuasive negotiation skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using MS Office and maintaining lead databases/CRMs.
- Attributes: Confident, target-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure to meet monthly sales quotas.
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
