We're Hiring – Telesales Executive

Bilal Arsalan & Co. – Chartered Accountants is looking for a motivated and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Promote the firm's Accounting, Bookkeeping, Taxation, Audit, and Advisory services.
• Qualify leads and understand client requirements.
• Convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Achieve monthly sales and client acquisition targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and follow-ups.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, Marketing, or a related field).
• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or business development.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident on calls.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
