Assistant Manager Sales (Female)

Ibraya Developers is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager Sales (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing walk-in clients, inbound leads, and office-based sales operations. She will excel in presentations, negotiations, and closing deals, ensuring a smooth booking process and delivering an excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert walk-in clients and inbound leads.
  • Conduct office-based sales operations and presentations.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems.
  • Ensure excellent client service and a smooth booking process.
  • Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 3–6 years in real estate sales.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems.
  • Ability to meet sales targets under pressure.
  • Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Location Preference: Female candidates located near DHA Phase 1–7.
