Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead and manage the Sales for the functions of our MEP trading division. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with proven leadership in sales and operations within a MEP trading company, and the ability to drive performance, optimize processes, and support strategic growth initiatives.

Education: B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Sales
• Achieve and exceed sales and operational targets as defined by management.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring individual targets are met.
• Maintain strong relationships with local suppliers and customers; leverage local market knowledge to enhance competitiveness, especially in Northern Emirates region.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product innovations to forecast business challenges and opportunities.
• Ensure smooth operational processes aligned with market conditions and company policies.

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of proven experience in Sales within an MEP trading company.
• Strong understanding of MEP products, supply chain, and local market dynamics.
• Basic working knowledge of ERP systems for trading and operational functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to forecast and mitigate operational risks.
• Well-organized and capable of handling multiple responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with local market suppliers and customers.
• Hands-on experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results and implement process improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
