Position: Assistant Manager (Sales & Marketing)
Location: SITE AREA, Karachi
Experience: Minimum 5 Years of relevant experience of manufacturing sector exclusively in leather industry
Education: Bachelor’s /Master’s Degree in Marketing or related field

Main Job Responsibilities

· Support the Sales team in managing existing and new export customers
· Manage client communication, product development, sampling, and order follow-ups

· Handle end-to-end client communication, including product development, sampling, pricing, negotiations, proposals, and order follow-ups, while maintaining professional relationships and ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries.

· Prepare and maintain order sheets, costing breakdowns, and shipment/export documentation

· Manage the complete merchandising cycle from sampling to order dispatch.

· Monitor order status, production timelines, and shipment schedules to ensure on-time delivery.

· Assist in pricing, negotiations, and new product development initiatives

· Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and merchandising reports to management.

· Ensure accuracy and completeness of all merchandising and export-related documentation

· Handle multiple orders efficiently under strict timelines while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing from a reputable university

· Minimum 5 years of experience in merchandising (exclusively in leather, or export-based industries).

· Strong understanding of leather manufacturing processes, sampling, costing, and export documentation

· Excellent coordination, analytical, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
