Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing patients in person, over the phone, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
• Convert patient inquiries into confirmed appointments through persuasive communication and follow-ups.
• Lead clinic operations, manage daily workflows, coordinate appointments, and supervise staff for efficient performance.
• Execute and participate in dental marketing strategies, both online and offline, to drive clinic growth.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, SEO experts, Facebook and Google Ads specialists, and photographers to create high-quality, engaging dental marketing content.
• Plan and delegate content development tasks, set clear expectations for performance, and ensure timely delivery to achieve marketing objectives.
• Oversee the clinic’s digital presence: manage social media, respond to messages, and follow up on leads effectively.
• Maintain accurate and updated patient records and schedules.
• Ensure exceptional patient support and address all queries and concerns empathetically and professionally.
• Monitor team performance, prepare regular reports, and assist in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and compliance with clinic policies and standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or Marketing (mandatory).
• Previous experience as Assistant Manager, Client Services, or in healthcare/dental/aesthetics preferred.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written) with a track record in converting leads via phone, WhatsApp, and digital channels.
• Proven ability to collaborate with and manage outputs from creative professionals (designers, marketers, photographers).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM, and basic digital marketing tools.
• Responsible, motivated, and adaptable with a positive, career-focused attitude.

Job Timings

• Option 1: 08:30 am to 05:30 pm
• Option 2: 01:30 pm to 10:30 pm (Willingness to cover any shift as required)

Salary & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: PKR 55,000 – 75,000 (depending on skills and experience)
