About the Role
As Assistant Manager – SEO & ASO, you’ll own our organic growth strategy across web and app platforms. You’ll combine technical SEO expertise with app store optimization skills to ensure we rank above competitors in search engines and app marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

• SEO Strategy: Develop keyword roadmaps targeting acquisition and retention goals.
• Technical Optimization: Conduct audits, fix site speed, indexing, schema, and mobile issues.
• Content Collaboration: Partner with content teams to ensure all assets are SEO-optimized.
• ASO Execution: Optimize App Store and Google Play listings (titles, descriptions, creatives) for ranking and conversion.
• Link Building: Manage outreach campaigns to secure high-quality backlinks.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track keyword rankings, search visibility, and organic traffic trends.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–6 years in SEO & ASO, ideally for high-traffic websites or apps.
• Proficiency with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, AppTweak/AppFollow.
• Familiarity with Firebase Analytics and app store algorithms.
