We are seeking a dynamic and driven Assistant Manager – TA & OD to join our HR team. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building a strong talent pipeline, and supporting organizational development initiatives to drive employee engagement, performance, and capability enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and future positions.
- Develop employer branding strategies to attract top talent in the industry.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide hiring solutions.
- Use data and metrics to analyze recruitment effectiveness and optimize processes.
Organizational Development:
- Support design and implementation of OD programs, including talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Assist in conducting training needs assessments and coordinating learning & development activities.
- Contribute to employee engagement surveys, culture-building initiatives, and change management projects.
- Analyze HR metrics and recommend solutions for improving organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with long-term business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development, preferably in the garment/textile industry.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, OD frameworks, and talent strategies.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, HRIS, and employer branding platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use HR metrics for decision-making.
