Job Role: Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition to join our growing HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our business goals. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, role objectives, and candidate profiles.

Create and post compelling job descriptions across job boards, company website, and social media platforms.

Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking events.

Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.

Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracy.

Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.

Track and report on recruiting metrics to measure success and improve performance.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

4–6 years of experience in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruitment.

Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

Experience with ATS software (keka) is a plus.
