Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Support

  • Ensure seamless recruitment operations by coordinating with hiring managers, candidates, and external vendors to deliver a positive and inclusive candidate experience.
  • Source diverse talent pools through recruitment portals, consultants, and social networking platforms, ensuring alignment with DEIB objectives.

DEIB

  • Embed DEIB principles in recruitment strategy, ensuring job descriptions, advertisements, and outreach campaigns are inclusive and accessible.
  • Monitor and report diversity metrics within the hiring pipeline to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
  • Drive Global programs that build inclusive leadership and cultural awareness.

Joining Procedures

  • Arranging email id, ID card, system, business card, seating for the new joinee in corporate.
  • Informing L&D for induction of new joinee in Corporate.
  • Administrative duties and recordkeeping.

HR Systems & Reporting

  • Use & drive efficiency of Talent Acquisition systems i.e. ATS, Enboarder
  • Act as a SPOC for ATS & Onboarding systems
  • Career Marketplace Champion for the country

Requirements

Experience: 5-7years into talent acquisition in logistics industry

Skills :

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to full utilise job portals and networking sites
