Role & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file tax returns, including sales tax, income tax, and withholding tax, ensuring compliance with FBR, SRB, PRA, KPRA, BRA, and other relevant tax authorities.
- Conduct tax reconciliations (supplier tax, customer tax, bank tax deductions, income tax & sales tax adjustments).
- Manage tax calculations, reconciliations, and payments as per regulatory deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary financial data for tax reporting.
- Analyze financial statements and records to identify tax implications and opportunities for tax savings.
- Conduct regular reviews of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax laws.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports with a focus on tax implications.
- Provide guidance on the financial impact of business decisions and propose solutions to minimize tax liabilities.
- Generate and submit accurate and timely tax reports to management and regulatory authorities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Taxation.
- Hands-on expertise with SRB, KPRA, BRA, PRA, FBR, and IRIS portals.
- Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 8–10 years of strong experience in taxation and compliance.
Location: Gadap Town Behind Baqai Medical University | Super Highway | Karachi - Pakistan.
