Design, conduct, and evaluate training activities under Accelerated Learning Programme (ALO) for out-of-school children of Pakistan and Adult Literacy Programme. Adapting it to TCF community and non-TCF community context. Assist Manager Training to analyze training needs and refine training model accordingly.

Design and adapt in person capacity building program and digital training modules for Accelerated Learning programme and Adult Literacy Programme.

Design and/or develop specific training modules and assessments.

Assist in developing training plan and budget.

Conduct (on-site as well as virtual) ToTs and teacher trainings.

Gather both qualitative and quantitative data from field visits on different aspects of training through classroom observations, interviews, focus groups, and reviews of written documentation.

Assist in preparing clear, user-friendly reports, presentations, and data visualizations for the education management team for strategic road-mapping

Use a variety of available data to identify training programme needs and areas of improvement.

Provide support in relevant cross-functional projects
Required Skills

Strong command over written and spoken Urdu, Sindhi and English.

Proofreading and editing of text in Urdu, Sindhi and English both.

Ability to work effectively in collaborative environments

Ability to give clear and engaging presentations

Background in training, teaching, and/or content design

Passion to work with under-served communities

Sound understanding of research methods and data management, and comfort with data analysis

Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

Education
Minimum Qualification Bachelors in the social sciences, humanities, or liberal arts
Experience
1-2 years of work experience in the development/education sector particularly in non-formal education sector.
(experience in training design and execution is preferred)
