Training & Development
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) using performance data, competency frameworks, and business requirements.
- Assist in designing, developing, and updating training modules (classroom, digital, blended learning).
- Facilitate training sessions on behavioral, functional, and soft skills topics.
- Coordinate training logistics, calendars, and vendor management.
- Track and report training attendance, completion, and effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and post-training follow-ups.
- Maintain and update Learning Management System (LMS) content, records, and usage reports.
2. Organizational Development (OD)
- Support OD initiatives such as competency mapping, performance management, and employee engagement programs.
- Assist in driving change management activities for organizational projects or process improvements.
- Coordinate culture-building programs, leadership development initiatives, and team development workshops.
- Participate in employee surveys, data analysis, and action planning.
- Support talent development programs including high-potential assessments, coaching initiatives, and career pathing.
3. Data Management & Reporting
- Prepare dashboards and reports on training metrics, ROI, and OD program outcomes.
- Analyze training data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage training records and ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
4. Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with business leaders to understand capability needs and align L&D programs accordingly.
- Coordinate with internal SMEs and external training partners.
- Communicate learning initiatives effectively across the organization.
5. Continuous Improvement
- Follow industry best practices to enhance training methodologies and OD frameworks.
- Recommend innovative learning solutions (e-learning, microlearning, gamification, etc.).
- Benchmark and implement new tools to improve learning effectiveness and employee development.
Qualifications & Requirements Education
- Bachelor’s Degree required (HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields preferred).
- Master’s in HR / OD / Learning & Development is an advantage.
Experience
- 4–6 years of experience in Training, L&D or OD roles.
- Experience in facilitating training programs is required.
- Exposure to LMS management and digital learning tools preferred.

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
