Demonstrate interest in understanding Ground operations with an eye for detail to find out anomalies/deviations

Demonstrate the ability to roll up sleeves and get the hands dirty to solve problems on floor.

Support with overseeing a wide variety of Quality related aspects of warehouse activities including Inbound, Outbound, inventory, returns and other associated activities.

Lead, motivate and develop a team operative within logistics operations ensuring that highest standards are being achieved in all areas for all staff. This will include performance disciplinary and absence management

People management responsibilities include hiring and training, planning, and assigning daily work, conducting performance appraisals, addressing performance issues and resolving problems

Evaluate needs and current practices and creating and delivering a training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources.

Manage the training vertical centrally for all staff training to improve compliance and feedback

Analyze input and output metrics for all trainings so that results are measurable inherently

Identify the gap from audit observation and fix them through training.

Identify key issues and work with stakeholders in fix the issue with a long-term approach.
What you'll need:

Bachelor’s Degree in Operations management, training or a similar role

Minimum 3 years of experience in E-commerce in a related field

Strong experience in working as a business partner in delivering better decision support and enabling strategic initiatives which help to improve organization financial performance.

Excellent analytical skills as well as strong business acumen.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Proven ability as a passionate people-centric leader who can effectively drive results in a fast-paced and rapidly growing company
