Assistant Manager Travel

Role Overview:

10xEngineers operates globally with teams frequently traveling to locations such as Spain, USA, China, Hong Kong, and other international destinations for customer engagements and conferences. We are looking for an Assistant Manager Travel to manage end-to-end international travel logistics, with primary responsibility for visa processing and travel coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end visa processing, including documentation, appointment scheduling, and coordination with embassies and visa centers
• Book and manage international travel including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all international and national travel-related matters
• Track travel plans and ensure timely completion of all travel requirements
• Coordinate travel arrangements for visiting international team members when required

Requirements:

• Experience in visa processing, travel coordination, or corporate travel roles
• Strong familiarity with international visa processes and travel logistics
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently
