Assistant Manager Account MALE/ FEMALE

  • Expert user of MS Excel for financial reporting and analysis.
  • Verify that all transactions are correctly recorded in the General Ledger.
  • Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
  • Process and post journal entries, including payroll journal entries.
  • Process day-to-day financial transactions.
  • Maintain and update the chart of accounts.
  • Maintain work-in-process (WIP) accounts and supporting schedules.
  • Enter financial data, maintain accounting records, and prepare financial statements and reports.
  • Process accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Prepare and file SRB (Sindh Revenue Board) sales tax returns, ensuring timely compliance with applicable tax laws.
  • Prepare various financial reports and perform financial analysis as required.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and understanding of Accounting Principles
  • Team orientated
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Proficient in Quickbooks Online
  • Knowledge/experience with other accounting systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
