About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Regional HR Manager to partner with business leaders and drive HR strategies that support organizational growth. This role will lead HR operations for the region, ensuring compliance, employee engagement, and talent development while fostering a positive work culture.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Employee Engagement & Retention: Design and implement engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and retention strategies for critical talent.
  • Industrial Relations: Maintain harmonious employee relations, manage unions, and ensure proactive grievance handling.
  • Statutory Compliance & Payroll: Ensure compliance with labor laws and timely salary disbursement.
  • Client Relationship Management: Collaborate with client HR teams to align expectations and showcase Sodexo’s people practices.
  • Strategic & Operational HR: Partner with leadership on organizational structure, talent management, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: Build a strong talent pipeline and enhance brand presence through best HR practices and industry engagement.


What We’re Looking For:

  • MBA in HR with 8–10 years of experience in HR leadership roles
  • Strong expertise in Compliance & Industrial Relations along with business partnering
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage strategic priorities while driving operational excellence
