About The Role
We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Assistant Manager/Manager to join our Strategy & Commercial Advisory Team on a permanent basis to assist us delivering projects across our team s core areas of expertise: Events, Venues & Sport.
You will be supporting the development of the business unit in a wide variety of responsibilities including business development, project delivery, business process improvement and market research & analytics.
This role is based in our Dubai office and will require frequent domestic travel to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. To meet client needs, there will be requirements to work from client offices for specific projects. The role may also involve occasional international travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring that project outcomes meet or exceed expectations.
- Support projects from inception to delivery, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are rigorously maintained.
- Lead and support the development of proposals, expressions of interest, and RFP responses, ensuring they are compelling, competitive, and aligned with strategic business goals.
- Drive innovation and entrepreneurial thinking within the team, identifying new opportunities for growth and leading initiatives that expand Trivandi s offerings and market presence.
- Drive collaboration across Trivandi s global offices, fostering a cohesive and high-performing team environment.
- Provide support to colleagues and to the wider business including central business operations, internal processes etc.
- Participate as a team member on Strategy & Commercial Advisory engagements.
- Carry out financial analysis of projects to highlight key findings relevant to client decision making.
- Participate in marketing and communication activities related to business development initiatives.
- Support the preparation of client reports, documents and presentations, including conducting market research and financial analysis.
- Use numeric and analytical skills to gather, analyse and process client, project or industry data to identify trends and present key findings relevant to the client s key challenges and opportunities.
- Support with the preparation of presentations, expression of interest submissions, RFP responses, conference event presentations, capability statements other business development initiatives and external marketing material.
