We are seeking a driven and results-oriented
Assistant Manager – Marketing
to join our growing team and support brand development across the Middle East and North Africa. The role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, focusing on enhancing brand visibility, building customer engagement, and driving business growth across multiple product and service categories.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business objectives, sales goals, and product launches.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.

Define budgets, set KPIs, and track performance against targets.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve strategies and outcomes.

Support the design and rollout of new marketing projects and initiatives.
Brand Management

Shape and maintain clear positioning for different product segments and target audiences.

Ensure consistency of brand guidelines across campaigns and partner activities.

Track and analyze brand performance reports, providing actionable recommendations.

Prepare regular updates and insights on brand health and market impact.
Campaign Management

Plan and lead integrated campaigns across digital, print, social media, outdoor, and event channels.

Coordinate with agencies, distributors, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-impact campaigns.

Measure effectiveness, report results, and refine future activities.
Digital Marketing

Oversee websites, SEO/SEM initiatives, and social media platforms.

Create and manage digital content calendars in collaboration with internal and external teams.

Implement lead generation and CRM-based marketing campaigns, including email marketing and remarketing.

Monitor digital performance metrics, optimize activities, and report outcomes.
Coordination & Events

Work closely with internal departments such as sales, product, PR, after-sales, and content teams.

Collaborate with regional partners and external agencies to align on marketing execution.

Plan and manage events such as launches, trade shows, exhibitions, and customer engagement programs.
Qualifications & Skills

Postgraduate degree in Marketing or related discipline from a recognized institution.

Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and delivering measurable results.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and performance analytics.

Ability to manage budgets and KPIs effectively.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools for reporting and analysis.
