Role Overview

The Assistant Marketing Manager role belongs to the Art vertical of Art Dubai Group and leads the overall marketing strategy for 3 key initiatives: Art Dubai (our flagship fair), Dubai Collection and Editions.


The Assistant Marketing Manager delivers cohesive, data-driven campaigns across digital, OOH, and ticketing channels. The role also oversees content strategy to strengthen storytelling and audience connection year-round. In addition, the role manages sponsor communications and partnerships, co-developing activations and content collaborations that enhance visibility and engagement.


Key Responsibilities


Marketing

  • Develop and implement the Marketing strategy, including audience segmentation, content strategy, budgets, channels and production with the Communications Manager to create omnichannel and consistent messaging.
  • Manage all digital platforms, social media channels, and data-driven marketing initiatives, including audience development, performance tracking, and optimization.
  • Manage Out-of-Home advertising plan, including driving asset creation with the Graphic Design team.
  • Manage ticketing campaigns and coordinate with relevant teams (e.g. Graphic Design, CRM, Digital Advertising agency, etc.) to complete them successfully.


Sponsorships

  • Manage sponsor communications, including ideation, Marketing and Communication plan and on-site content capture.
  • Identify and develop content partnership opportunities.


Content Strategy

  • Manage all digital platforms, social media channels, and data-driven marketing initiatives, including audience development, performance tracking, and optimization.
  • Oversee photography and videography.
  • Manage influencer engagement and outreach via partners, working closely with the VIP & Strategic Audiences team.


Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within fairs, festivals, or large-scale cultural events.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, OOH, and partnership channels.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing external agencies, sponsors, and creative production.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours during event periods.
  • Ability to work full-time from our office in Dubai (full in-office work policy).
