Responsible for supporting and assisting the Senior Manager in various tasks related to the assessment, planning, implementation, and management of marketing initiatives. This role involves contributing to the development of innovative Marcom strategies, coordinating media and promotional activities, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross functional teams and external partners. This role supports achieving marketing objectives and driving brand recognition and growth for Taqeef and its brand partners.

Assist in developing a marketing plan and calendar for the UAE market and overseas (Iraq and Morocco)

Support in implementing and piloting the marketing activities in collaboration with the marketing team and partners (Media, PR, influencers, Merchandising, in-store branding...) in accordance with the defined budgets and Taqeef strategy.

Measure the marketing activity's ROls and prepare marketing reports.

Contribute to developing and implementing strategies to enhance Taqeef employer brand presence on our social media channels.

Define and coordinate the media activities in collaboration with the advertising agencies.

Lead social media strategy, focused on engagement, acquisition, and retention of brand advocacy.

In coordination with the digital marketing agency, develop and execute digital marketing initiatives across various channels, such as social media platforms, mobile, SEO, SEM, and paid advertisement, to maximize lead generation and conversion.

Develop and manage corporate or industry events and recommend best-in-class event marketing concepts, ensuring alignment with Taqeef objectives.

Manage the production of the marketing materials with concerned parties, including leaflets, visuals, podiums, and flyers, and prepare necessary photo and video shoots, etc., in line with the brand's guidelines.

Monitor marketing budget allocation and expenses related to marketing activities.
