We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager / Assistant Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand visibility, managing digital platforms, and creating impactful marketing campaigns that engage audiences and generate results. This role requires a strong mix of social media management, content creation, and digital marketing expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Manage and grow the brand’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) with engaging and innovative content.
- Create compelling copywriting and content for social media, emailers, websites, and marketing collateral.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using key metrics and insights.
- Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business goals.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and optimize for ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices to keep strategies fresh and effective.
- Assist in planning and executing events, promotions, and influencer collaborations to boost brand reach.
- Develop marketing calendars and ensure timely execution of all activities.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience in social media management (strategy + execution).
- Strong content writing, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing.
- Analytical mindset with ability to use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Creativity and a keen eye for design, branding, and campaign ideation.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in digital-first industries.
- Hands-on experience with social media tools,CRM, CMS, and ad management platforms.
