Assistant Merchant, January 2026 Executive Development Program

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:This role typical reports into Merchant, Sr. Merchant, or Director, and is based in our Buckhead office in our hybrid/ in-office work environment (4 days/week in-office).

45%: Style Set Up /System Management

• Owner of style set-up in PLM: Understand complexities of database and impacts to other systems. Strong attention to detail, ability to keep up with line changes in the system. Analyze and report on the business performance including key findings and opportunities. Develop awareness of competitive landscape and report on learnings.

30%: Sample Management

• Responsible to organize and manage all samples

10%: SBU Strategy

• Partner with manager to develop and manage seasonal line structure to drive growth.
• Identify new trends and have an eye for product. Manage to all corporate calendar deadlines, support manager with prep for all milestone meetings

10%: Costing, Pricing, Margin Management

5%: Team Development

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional team (sourcing, design, forecasting, planning)

WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:Must have:

• Demonstrated knowledge of retail metrics and sales
• Strong working knowledge of Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations
• Detail oriented and organized
• Demonstrated ability working cross-functionally and leading a team
• Ability to hit concurrent deadlines, manage and prioritize own workload
• Demonstrates strong presentation and influencing skills
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0(3.2 GPA or higher strongly preferred)
• Required to have graduated within 6 months of class start date
• Must be able to start in the role full time by January 2026

Preferred skills and experience:

• Merchandising, retail sales, buying experience or internship strongly preferred
