Assistant Method Manager

Job Description:

• Support the manager in planning and implementing production method studies and process improvement activities,
• Coordinate the implementation of lean production techniques such as Kanban, Levelling, Heijunka, Cell Production, Single Piece Flow, 5S, VSM, PDCA, SMED, etc. in the field,
• Contribute to the process of determining annual profit projects, follow up on assigned projects, analyze weekly and monthly results, and report to the manager and senior management,
• Conduct work to verify and improve BOM and route information defined in the system,
• Support the preparation of annual investment plans, monitor monthly progress and report on it,
• Work in coordination with the R&D department on RTC (Redesign for Cost) and CI (Continuous Improvement) activities to support production design,
• Performing cost analyses such as Make or Buy and Transfer when required for project work,
• Supporting the organization of training and awareness activities to promote lean production culture,
• Monitoring the performance of teams under responsibility and contributing to their development.

General Qualifications:

• Graduated from the Industrial Engineering departments of universities,
• At least 7–10 years of experience in the field, preferably with at least 3–4 years of team management or team leadership experience,
• Proficient in English,
• High leadership potential, advanced team management and coordination skills,
• Competent in problem analysis, negotiation, and problem solving,
• Strong planning, follow-up, and reporting skills, analytical thinking, results-oriented,
• Team player with strong communication, persuasion, and representation skills.
