Assistant Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Nurse to join our medical team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support doctors and registered nurses in delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring smooth clinical operations, and maintaining a professional and caring environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist doctors and registered nurses with day-to-day patient care.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs.
• Prepare patients for examinations and minor procedures.
• Ensure proper sterilization and handling of medical equipment.
• Administer medications and injections as directed by senior staff.
• Provide basic wound care and dressing.
• Maintain accurate patient records and reports.
• Ensure hygiene, infection control, and patient safety standards are followed.
• Offer emotional support and care to patients and their families.

Requirements

• Nursing Diploma / GNM or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience as an Assistant Nurse preferred (UAE/GCC experience is an advantage).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and team-oriented.
