We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at the Nauru Medical Centre.

Responsibilities:

• Assist nurses and doctors in providing patient care.
• Support patients with daily activities, including mobility, hygiene, and meals.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in patient condition.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the healthcare environment.
• Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• Valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter (Assistant Nurse).
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills.
