Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and well-presentable Assistant Office Manager with strong communication and management skills. The role requires handling day-to-day office tasks, coordinating with staff, and managing in-office and out-of-office assignments, including bank visits and other operational errands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Manage in/out official documents and maintain proper records
  • Coordinate with staff and departments for smooth workflow
  • Handle bank-related tasks and represent the office for outside assignments
  • Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and basic office management duties
  • Support management in operational and organizational tasks

Requirements:

  • Attractive and confident personality
  • Good communication and management skills
  • Strong coordination and follow-up ability
  • Ability to handle outside tasks (bank/market/official work)
  • Minimum qualification: Intermediate/Bachelor preferred
  • Full-time availability
