Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all front desk activities, including reception, client handling, and administrative support.
  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
  • Maintain client records, visitor logs, and appointment schedules.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area.
  • Train and support front office staff to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth internal communication and workflow.
  • Handle office correspondence, deliveries, and general administrative duties.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
  • Support management with daily operational tasks and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in front office management, customer service, or administrative roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Leadership qualities and the ability to guide and motivate a small team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
