Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all front desk activities, including reception, client handling, and administrative support.
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Maintain client records, visitor logs, and appointment schedules.
- Oversee the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area.
- Train and support front office staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth internal communication and workflow.
- Handle office correspondence, deliveries, and general administrative duties.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
- Support management with daily operational tasks and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in front office management, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage time effectively.
- Leadership qualities and the ability to guide and motivate a small team.
